🔁 Returns
We take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our perfumes. However, due to the nature of fragrance products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used.
Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged during transit
- You have received a wrong item
- The package is unopened, unused, and in its original condition

💸 Refunds
If your return is approved after inspection, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Refunds are applicable:
- Only for eligible return cases (wrong/damaged items)
- If the return was requested within the 48-hour window
- If product passes the return inspection
🔁 Replacement Option
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, you can also opt for a free replacement instead of a refund — we’ll dispatch it within 3 business days after approval.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Opened or used perfume bottles
- Change of mind / dislike of fragrance
- Products purchased on clearance or during final sales
- Gift cards, sample kits, or custom engraved bottles
📦 Shipping Charges
Return shipping (if applicable) will be paid by the customer unless the product was damaged or wrongly shipped.
🔐 Our Right to Refuse
Al-Attas Perfume reserves the right to refuse refunds or returns if:
- The item shows signs of use
