1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship orders Pan India through trusted courier partners. We do not offer international shipping at the moment, but we are working to expand globally soon.


2. Order Processing Time

All confirmed orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

In peak seasons or during festive sales, processing may take up to 3–4 business days due to high demand.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 3–6 business days
  • Remote/Rural Areas: 5–9 business days

Note: These are estimates. Delays caused by courier companies, weather, strikes, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
  • Standard Shipping Fee: ₹50–₹80 may apply on orders below the free shipping threshold.
  • COD (Cash on Delivery) may be available at a nominal charge of ₹40–₹60, depending on location.

Charges will be calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm your order.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS/WhatsApp. You can use it to track the shipment on the courier’s official tracking page.

6. Delays or Failed Deliveries

We strive to ensure timely delivery, but occasional delays may occur due to:

  • Remote area access
  • Weather disruptions
  • Courier-related issues
  • Incomplete/incorrect address or unreachable phone number

If the courier marks your package as undeliverable, it will be returned to us. We will contact you for re-shipping (additional charges may apply).


7. Change of Address

Changes to shipping address must be requested within 2 hours of placing the order. Once dispatched, address changes cannot be made.


8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, tampered with, or items are missing:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Send us clear pictures/videos of the parcel
  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as per our [Return & Refund Policy]

9. Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple products, we may dispatch them in separate shipments based on availability. You will be informed of this via email or WhatsApp.
